There has never been a better time to become an Early Childhood Educator. Integricare and Bedford College have combined to design a fully-sponsored traineeship with ongoing employment. So, not only will we cover the cost of your tuition and provide you with a professional environment to work in, you will also be mentored throughout your work placement. Integricare is offering six passionate individuals with opportunities in our Rozelle, Rockdale, Turrella, Northmead, Parramatta and North Strathfield centres.

An Early Childhood Traineeship is a rewarding role that combines working in one of our Early Learning Centres, while also studying towards the nationally recognised Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care. Through a combination of work and study, you will receive the opportunity to gain hands on practical experience while engaging in formal academic learning with Bedford College, all while earning a wage and receiving generous Government incentives.
As a trainee you will learn from our experienced and dedicated Integricare educators, while also being paid to attend classes 1 day each fortnight, run by one of the experienced trainers from Bedford College.
The traineeship program is full time (38 hours per week), and will run for 15 months. At the end of the Traineeship Program you will automatically become a Certificate III Educator who can work in one of many Integricare early education centres.
If this sounds like an opportunity too good to miss, then we would like to hear from you.
Please email your Resume, a covering letter, and 2 references to Karleen Stewart – kstewart@integricare.org.au.
