Collaborative partnerships with families and communities
Integricare’s early learning centre at North Strathfield provides a preschool program with extended hours, perfect for busy families – from 7:30am-6:00pm and remaining open during school holidays. North Strathfield Early Learning Centre offers 59 places for children, and teaches a preschool curriculum operating in accordance with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). This provides crucial early learning development and a School Readiness Program for attending children.
North Strathfield champions Integricare’s purpose to enable children, families and communities to experience the love of Jesus, as well as Integricare’s core mission objectives. Firstly, the pursuit of excellence in early learning to ensure that these most crucial developmental years for the children are full of learning opportunities. Secondly, North Strathfield staff endeavour to equip and care for families holistically – going the extra mile to engage and support children and their families. Thirdly, North Strathfield Early Learning Centre prioritises community engagement, regularly partnering with local initiatives in the Inner West.
Hot lunches and healthy snacks are provided – with dietary needs catered for.
Education is not preparation for life; education is life itself.

Our Christian early learning centre at North Strathfield is located adjacent to the historic Ardill House, the former residence of our founder George Ardill. We offer a preschool program with a long day care service offering extended hours, convenient for working parents.
Our friendly team of educators at North Strathfield Early Learning Centre have a passion for working closely with families. Highly qualified and experienced, they provide an individualised educational program that aims to meet the diverse needs of all children who attend. Parents are encouraged to participate in the program by volunteering at the centre and communicating the expectations for their child’s learning to the educators. The children learn through play and interest based activities that are developmentally appropriate for each child’s age. Our programs are designed to build on children’s home and community literacy experiences and includes literacy practices that are relevant to children’s everyday lives as well as familiar texts from their homes and communities.

North Strathfield Integricare have the most beautiful, cared for, treasured by teachers, children and Families garden. The outdoor is a pleasure to be in and my toddler finds it fascinating and inviting. Natural play materials are inviting and challenging. Such a great space to learn and develop in.
Thanks for letting us know about our child’s development at Integricare. We also appreciate the observation notes you’ve provided regarding her speech. We are so grateful that she has such a patient and companionate teacher. You really put the “care” in “daycare”. Please extend our thanks to the team for all the wonderful things you’ve taught our daughter.
In this day and age, it’s great to have a child care centre that promotes traditional family and Christian values. I feel that my child is in safe hands.
The staff care for my children like family. I can’t speak highly enough of them!
