Allen Sibley

Chairman

Untill recently Allen Sibley was the General Manager of People and Strategy for BaptistCare, after a 20 year career in Information Technology and Telecommunications companies. Allen has a Masters of Business Administration from Macquarie Graduate School of Management and is a member of Parramatta Baptist Church where he is involved in leadership of the Men’s Ministry.

Ross Bowden

Ross Bowden has extensive experience in the Australian wealth management and financial services industry. He was CEO of Link Advice with the Link Group and has held senior positions with ANZ and ING. Ross is also a Board member and Treasurer of Abbotsleigh Girls’ School. Ross and his wife are active members of Christ Church St Ives and Ross has served as Chair of the Christ Church St Ives Preschool.

Elizabeth George

Elizabeth George holds a Masters of Education and degrees in Economics and Science (Psychology and Counselling). Elizabeth has a Preliminary Theological Certificate from Moore College. She is currently Head of Social Science at Tara Anglican School. Previously she was a Director of New College Board (UNSW). She and her husband Tim are active members of St Phillip’s Auburn.

Philip van den Heever

Philip van den Heever is a Special Counsel of Commercial Law for Frank Law. He has over 16 years of commercial law experience in both South Africa and Australia. For 10 years he was the Executive Director and Senior Counsel of the Australian and International Pilots Association, representing Qantas pilots. Philip attends the Christian Reformed Church of Sydney where he regularly serves as an Elder. Philip is married to Zelna and they have four boys, Heinrik (10), Dehan (9), Eduan (6) and Tomas (2).

Paul Holding

Paul Holding is the former CEO of Ashfield Baptist Homes Limited and has been a Board Member and Treasurer since 2009. He is a fellow of CPA Australia and holds a leadership role at Burwood Baptist Church where he and his wife Robyn worship.

Sandra Ludlow

Sandra is a senior lecturer and early childhood course convenor in the School of Education, Avondale University College.  Sandra’s teaching career spans more than 40 years. During this time, she has been a lecturer, director/teacher of long day care centres, an infant teacher, and a sole charge K-Yr6 principal/teacher. She is passionate about empowering Christian teachers to nurture young children’s spiritual awareness, biblical knowledge and faith formation.  Sandra is a member of Avondale College Church where she is active in children’s ministry.

Domenic Valastro

CEO

Domenic joined Integricare as the CEO in March 2017 and holds a Masters Degree in Business (UTS, Sydney). After a long career in corporate marketing and retailing, he has more recently held senior roles in the not-for-profit Christian sector. He and wife Linda are active members of Menai Baptist Church and served in a number of roles in leadership and family ministry.
