The early education sector continues to become more complex as it deals with increasing regulatory, compliance and accreditation requirements. This often leaves a early education centre managing a high level of risk and issues that do not relate to early education. Owners/operators have worked with us over the years to minimise their personal risk and transfer the burden of compliance to us.
Our history in the early learning sector has spanned over 50 years and we have a strong track record in transitioning centres and integrating them into our network so that educators can focus on what they do best.
Feel free to email us or contact the following Managers who have benefited from this transition and chat with them about their experience:

We are a not-for-profit, community-based organisation.
Established in 1882, we have always been and will continue to be a community-focused organisation.
Our families rate us very highly
Our annual survey of families tells that the majority of our families rate our level of educational quality and care as either “exceptional” or “excellent”.
We are a registered charity with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission and have been a not-for-profit organisation since our inception in 1882. Our resources are reinvested into our facilities, staff and programs that assist children and families. Our motivation is to see children, families and communities being transformed.
Integricare can minimise the burden of managing an early education centre, thus freeing operators to focus on their core strengths and competencies.
This is particularly true of church partnerships where the transfer of management to Integricare allows them to focus on ministry and pastoral care.
We have built our reputation on working collaboratively with our partners such as churches and other not-for-profit faith-based organisations.
We have found that this type of relationship works best in terms of the delivery of excellent learning outcomes and the quality of care.
With over 200 staff and as a Christian organisation our culture is welcoming, family focused and we seek to go “the extra mile” for children in our care.
Partnering with Integricare will introduce a new level of dedication and passion to your operation.
