Vetti our Mission Development Manager has been busy creating exciting and easy ways to keep the children learning and busy during the COVID19 lockdown.

This time around we are replicating the bugs from the garden!

What do I need to make this?

Egg Cartons

Pipe Cleaners

Scissors

Textas

Cellophane

How to do this?

Cut egg cartons into different lengths

Push a hole for legs with the scissors

Insert pipe cleaners

Shape pipe cleaners into legs

This fun activity is teaching and developing:

Fine motor skills

Hand to eye co-ordination

Creativity

Problem Solving

Awareness of size, shapes, and colours
