Information for Parents
Under the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000, Integricare is obliged from 21 December 2001 to assure you that information you provide to Integricare will only be used by Integricare. Except where legislation requires, the information will not be made available to any third party without your approval.
The forms you completed on enrolment are for our records, for Government legislative requirements, and so that we may claim the Government funding necessary to keep providing the services we supply at an affordable level.
Some personal and/or health information is required under the various State and Federal Legislation which cover service provision by Integricare.
You are free to access the information contained in your children’s personal file after written request to the Manager of the service. If information in your children’s personal file is incorrect or outdated, we ask that you draw this to the attention of the Manager of the service for amendment.
Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for services. All confidential credit card information required by the site is not read or saved by the site but is simply passed on to B-Point for processing via 128mb encrypted secure communications.
We have chosen Commonwealth Bank’s B-Point because of its secure and sensitive process of payments.
