Allen Sibley
Board Chair
Allen has been serving Integricare as a Board Director since 2013, becoming President and Chair in 2018. He is a member of Parramatta Baptist Church, where the Integricare Northmead Centre is located. Allen’s career was with large multinational corporations in the information technology sector for over 20 years, followed by 18 years serving not for profit organisations in a range of Executive roles. He is passionate to see NFP’s thrive and is currently serving with BaptistCare as a Board Director, PeaceWise, as Chief Operating Officer, and the Baptist Association of NSW & ACT, as Chair of the Assembly Council. Allen has a Diploma of Teaching, an MBA (Macquarie), and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Stuart Beattie
Finance and Property Committee Member
Stuart Beattie is a Business Transformation Consultant and serves on Integricare’s Finance, Audit and Property Committee. With over 20+ years’ experience, he has worked in the financial services, retail, telco, infrastructure, aeronautics, ports, government sectors for clients in Australia, NZ, UK, Europe, and South Africa. Stuart, his wife Susan and their two children attend Christ Church St Ives.

Ross Bowden
Finance and Property Committee Chair
Ross Bowden is currently the Director, Finance & Business Services at Abbotsleigh Girls High and is on Integricare’s Finance, Audit and Property Committee. He was CEO of Link Advice with the Link Group and has held senior positions with ANZ and ING. Ross and his wife are active members of Christ Church St Ives.

Robert Ellis
Governance Committee Chair
With more 20 years experience in executive leadership of Christian community development and care organisations, including over 10 years as General Manager of Community Services and Housing with BaptistCare, Robert Ellis brings a deep commitment to values-driven wholistic care of children and their families. Collaboration, sustainability and purpose-centred leadership and governance are key themes in his approach. Robert is passionate about supporting the Integricare team in providing excellent Christian education and care and identifying additional wrap-around services that will promote wellbeing.

Sandra Ludlow
Mission in Excellence in Learning and Care Committee
With 50 years’ experience in Christian early childhood and primary education and care Sandra Ludlow brings a deep commitment to nurturing the development and wellbeing of children, families and early childhood educators. She also has a passion for nurturing children’s spiritual awareness. Her previous roles at Avondale University and Adventists Schools Australia include centre manager, early childhood & primary teacher, school principal and university lecturer. Sandra champions programs that support child and family, equity, inclusion and flourishing. As a director of Integricare her focus is on advancing Integricare’s mission of delivering high quality holistic, values driven, early childhood education and care. Sandra is a member of the Mission in Excellence in Learning and Care Committee.

Joanna Mansfield
Governance Committee
Joanna joined the Integricare Board in June 2025. As a human rights lawyer and international development specialist, Joanna brings a deep commitment to child rights and wellbeing, particularly for those experiencing disadvantage. Joanna was previously the CEO of WorldShare, a Christian aid and development organisation with a focus on child education and development and the Chief Advocacy Officer of International Justice Mission, with a focus on child exploitation and modern slavery. Joanna has a Master of International Law, over 15 years of experience in NFP board roles and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Debra Williams
Mission in Excellence in Learning and Care Committee
With over 40 years’ experience in Early Childhood Education and Care, Dr Debra Williams brings a deep commitment to positive outcomes and for, children, families, services and communities. Previous roles include Validator with the Accreditation Council; Adviser with the Department of Community Services; Centre Director, Teacher and Manager; Lecturer; Facilitator; Publisher and Consultant. Passionate about quality improvement, compliance and educational programming and practice, Debra champions and empowers educators to be equipped to promote quality outcomes, As part of the Integricare team, the focus remains on advancing the mission of delivering holistic, values-driven early education.

Lyndelle Taylor
Company Secretary
With 15 years’ experience serving Not for Profit Boards, both in Director and Company Secretarial roles and drawing heavily on her current legal and governance qualifications, Lyndelle supports the Board with contemporary governance practice and procedure.

Natasha Gerhardt
Chief Executive Officer
Natasha Gerhardt comes to Integricare with many years of experience working in the for-purpose (not for profit) sector, and previously for some of Australia’s leading corporates and professional service firms. She brings demonstrated skill in people leadership, strategy, governance, financial and risk management, operational management and compliance. She has a number of relevant qualifications, including a Bachelor of Commerce, and most recently she completed a Master of Laws (Human Rights and Policy), excelling in studies of Child Rights and Corporate Governance. She is currently studying Theology.

Jonathan Flick
Head of Finance
Joining Integricare as the Head of Finance in May 2025, Jonathan brings a wealth of experience from senior roles at Jericho Road and Allowah, where he served as Director of Finance and Operations, as well as from his earlier career at Ernst & Young in their Financial Accounting Advisory team, and Deloitte’s Audit division. Jonathan is deeply committed to fostering a culture of transparency, efficiency, and continuous improvement. His leadership is focused on eliminating obstacles and empowering staff, families, and stakeholders through clear communication, sound financial stewardship, and a shared commitment to Integricare’s mission.

Anita Lagana
Operations Manager
With almost 20 years’ experience in the Early Childhood industry, Anita is passionate for providing high quality Education and care to all children within Integricare services. Anita has a deep commitment to ensure our centres operate with the highest of compliance and safety standards. Some of Anita’s previous roles include Centre Manager for many years for a 130-place service, Area Manager, and Head of Training.

Amy McEachen
Director of Business Development
Amy McEachen has over 20 years’ experience in the commercial property industry having worked for some of Australia’s leading real estate companies. Her experience covers strategic asset planning, investment analysis, development feasibility and valuation. In recent years, Amy completed a secondment as a Sustainability Manager and is passionate about delivering enhanced social outcomes and environmental sustainability through the built environment. She has a Bachelor of Property Economics and is a member of Village Church Annadale having served as the treasurer there for several years.

Spiro Mylonas
Growth and Development Partner
Spiro Mylonas is a strategic nonprofit leader and growth specialist with over 20 years’ experience driving operational excellence and stakeholder engagement. With a CPA background and a strong commercial acumen, he has led multimillion-dollar projects, secured major government funding, and successfully integrated new services into mission-driven organizations. Spiro blends entrepreneurial vision with hands-on execution, excelling in partnerships, financial oversight, and project delivery – creating lasting impact across early learning, hospitality, and faith-based community sectors.
